Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on stretching and deep relaxation. Please register via my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/WhispersofLifeDoula

I will guide you and your loved ones in a conversation about your final decisions. This will include writing your Health Care Directive, reviewing your vigil plan, and documenting your wishes for your final disposition.

This could include letter writing, organizing your treasures and sharing their stories, or crafting another piece with meaning  that will honor your story.

Honoring the nature that lives within you and all around us. 

A grounding practice offered to you or your community, that can include a sound bath with the use of Tibetan Singing Bowls.

A sharing of wisdom this can include discussions about Medical Aid in Dying, Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking, and green burial options.

A review of your wishes and concerns. I will serve as a point of contact to help you voice your wishes when you do not feel heard.

This includes: being a resource to you and your loved ones, conducting a life review, and completing your Advanced Care Planning with you and your loved ones.

This includes: Providing respite (relief) care to your family  or loved ones, running errands, and remotely supporting you and your loved ones.

As the end draws near, you may be sleeping more often and your loved ones might need to as well. I will come and provide you with company, music, essential oils and guided meditation to support you on your final journey.
